"We always enjoy the pool There is always plenty seating around it , in or out of the shade. Our only disappointment on this stay was the restaurant. Last year the food was excellent. This year we found it overcooked and not very well presented The WiFi was okay but when we had a bit of an emergency with no water the morning we were leaving we found the phone had no cord so had to get dressed and go to front desk. The power then went out so no lift to get back to our room"

"We were suppose to have 2 rooms and they put us up in the family room this was not what we booked as we were traveling with my family and some friends and we like to have our space. There was not much around to walk to and there is no front desk to figure out things if you get there past 5pm "

"Don't judge this place from the outside of the hotel. This is a cute inside. The beds are uncomfortable but overall nice place to stay "

"Room was clean, bedsheets were soft, food was delicious and staff were wonderful. Front staff were fabulous and helped arrange rides into town a few times. As an asthmatic, the first hike up to my room was a bit wild, but it was totally worth the view from my hammock. This location is truly something special."

"There wasn’t any soap in the shower dispenser and the shower head had poor water pressure and a small stream of water. Room was clean except the air conditioner remote. Very dirty. Staff were wonderful and all other amenities great."

"The surrounding landscape and amenities were great, the dome tent that you can rent is awesome with a great view. The fact that it is far away from the touristy areas and still has ziplining/horseback riding/hiking/dining area make it a very good getaway."
