No smoking large 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor with 3 beds, 2 couch beds, and 3 flat screen smart TVs. This apartment is in a quiet low key historic neighborhood walking distance from Findlay Market, OTR bar/restaurant district, University district, downtown, and the streetcar! Apartment has been partially renovated, but still has older bedroom carpet and some cracked tile.

When we reached house was smelling bad , feels over priced as per the house condition kitchen was bad . Nothing clean. Will not stay again
