Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, clean hotel and in an calm area, everything is close walking distance and there’s parking available"

"The size of the room is spacious and comfortable. Location is in the center of the town so it’s very convenient. However the downside is that it’s rather noisy at night due to the bar and early morning when the rubbish truck is cleaning the streets. There is no blackout curtain too, thus the street light will be shining into the room too. Breakfast is bad. Staff is nice though."

"Beautiful, nicely situated hotel. Staff was terrific. Especially the hard-working and friendly dining room and housekeeping personnel. I booked a single room and was shocked to find a twin bed built into the wall. Huge uncomfortable until staff provided a topper the next day. Still felt unbelievably small and Spartan, especially considering the price of the room No pool and the sauna was incredibly unimpressive. A sunken hot tub, plunge tub, green wet tile everywhere. Very closed in, dark and so unininviting I lasted only 10 minutes. Breakfast was only OK, and not near the choices and presentation I’ve found in almost every other four-star hotel I’ve stayed in. Except for my room, the hotel truly was beautiful and incredibly well located. And staff could not have been more helpful."

"The staff is very help. The hotel is old. The bathroom smelled bad (urine). The breakfast is ok, similar to American continental, but below typical European standard. The hotel does not have a restaurant. The town has only a few restaurants. One pizzeria had a long waiting line, we had to eat some sandwiches at a bar."
