"Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. "We went to Padula to trace my family's ancestry. We planned a two day trip to Padula and were treated to excellent hospitality and comfort at the Grand Hotel Certosa. The location is perfect nestled at the bottom ot the town near the Certosa.
