"Very quiet and private. I enjoyed waking to the birds calling throughout the jungle. The absolute mirror image of the large heron fishing at the waters edge and the groups of parrots flying over were a wonderful sight! Maya Cala was a special find for my family get away! We all enjoyed the Blue Shower! What a view! We are very curious as to what the big creature was that we saw making belly rolls offshore! Could it have been tarpon? Went in search with the kayaks, but the mystery was left...

"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"Se contrato un lugar que ofreció en la página de la publicación de tres recamaras, la propiedad contaba únicamente con dos, la ruta para llegar fue sumamente complicada, no hay señalamientos y los caminos son más bien veredas para llegar, lleno de piedras, hoyos realmente una vereda pésima, el precio pagado dista mucho del costó beneficio. Muy caro para lo recibido la única excepción fue la buena disponibilidad del dueño, no volveríamos a contratar con esta empresa"
