"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."

The front desk staff was extremely helpful is rescheduling my return at the end of the month when it was impossible for me to do the changes I needed online. It was lukewarm. The only positive I can think of was the bed was comfortable. For the price of this hotel, I would recommend finding another place."
