I will never stay here again. There are roaches, the smoke free rooms don't exist. Floor was so dirty and had some sort of undried substance. Management was helpful when called. This is a great place to stay if you need a shower and a nap then run.

I booked the room for 2 nights soon as I got there the front desk was asking for $20 security deposit, I ask what about $50 he said will take longer give back he said cash only, the room was a non smoking it smelled like they smoke in there parking was small place I left after a hour the smoke smell was to much as I was leaving it look like someone’s car was getting broken into

It’s a decent budget hotel, bed was comfy room was quiet. It’s an option if you’re an adult staying in SD. It’s where the hookers stay so wouldn’t recommend if traveling with kids.

Got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes, broken bathroom door, burned cigarette holes on blankets, staines everywhere around the room, over crowded parking

Roaches!! Did not even stay the full stay I booked room for. Ruined my entire trip as there many German roaches crawling around on things.

This hotel was located in a rough pocket in Chula Vista. There were transients in the parking lot, as well as a prostitution transaction. Police traveled through the parking lot and there were other police actions within a block. The proprietor was very kind and the shower had plenty of hot water. Not a place to stay with children.

This motel is definitely meant for a one night stay but felt icky to stay in. The bedding had cigarette burns and graffiti written on it. The furniture wasn’t clean and the room had a weird smell. The parking lot was a little sketch because there are people in and out of rooms like the other reviews say so I wouldn’t bring children around. Overall, I would say pay a little extra for the holiday inn nearby because you truly get what you pay for.

Couldn't walk down the walkway without smelling pot. Smoke detector was not installed. Security lock on door was broken. Possible blood on lamp shade. Bathroom door damaged and wouldnt lock. Bugs. Most of furnishing were broken. I have pictures of everything and would like to be contacted by Expedia. I paid $539 for a room that shows $77 because we needed a room for the same day.

The room smelled like 10 years of stale smoke. There was food debris and dirt all over the floor and side tables. The air conditioner leaked water and there was no mirror in the bathroom. This is the type of place that homeless people go to overdose. Run.
