-Bathroom Note: While the apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, it includes 1 bathroom and a separate toilet—something to keep in mind for larger groups.
-Sound & Light Transfer: For fire safety and council compliance, some bedroom walls have openings. This supports airflow but may allow minor light or noise transfer between rooms.
-Tram Access: The historic Christchurch tram stops right outside, making it easy to explore the city.
