Great staff and spacious room. Easy to get to Kyoto station via bus. Breakfast could be better. Laundry room can get busy

Rooms were very well appointed for a family and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Premium Apart MONday KYOTO GOJO. The room was spacious and clean and had an awesome shower (I looked forward to this after long days of sightseeing!). The fact that we had a washer/dryer in our room was a huge blessing. In the future, we will always try to find an apart hotel that has this convenience as it allows you to do a load of laundry every evening and therefore pack way less clothes! The location of the hotel was walking distance to the Gojo station (Karasuma line) from which we started most of our adventures. Nearby were also a 24hr Fresco supermarket, two drugstores, a small 100 yen store, and several restaurants (including McDonalds). The staff at the Hotel were awesome and extremely helpful. They booked us on a memorable Hotel MONday sponsored trip to the Miyama Winter Lantern Festival that was one of the many highlights or our stay in Kyoto. The manager Koji Ohta was gracious and kind and personally greeted us one morning. Overall we had an excellent stay at the Premium Apart MONday KYOTO GOJO, and will try to stay here again if we ever return to Kyoto.

No front desk assistance. Tried to talk to a staff member but they were not reachable. This place is not for 4 people. In opinion, it is good for 2 or 3 persons because there are only two beds and two thin mattresses on the floor. There is no microwave and no sink to wash dishes.

The staff was very courteous for both check-in and checkout, and the room was spotless.
