Location was convenient! Didn’t look too much like the pictures, definitely way more outdated and work was being done on the hotel during my stay which was loud and the smell of paint was very strong. The restaurant that is connected had this rude bartender guy and we were very excited for the bottomless mimosas we were told about but they didn’t have champagne during my whole stay and told us we could be our own champagne, we would just have to pay more for them to use their glasses and add orange juice which makes no sense and i don’t understand why they couldn’t run to a store and get some bottles rather than waiting on a shipment that was arriving for a whole week. When trying to rent kayaks we were told we would have to put it out on the water ourselves and get into them ourselves and the person working it just recommended other rental places to us instead which was weird and i mainly booked this hotel because of the rentals. outdoor pool was very small and not clean.

Beach was nice and not crowded. Resort was clean. Staff not friendly or helpful. Be prepared to not know anything. Be prepared for staff to not complete request in a timely manner or at all.

El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso tal y como se ve en las fotos, limpieza en general de areas del apartamento bien, pero los utencilios de cocina no es buena ya que encontre platos , vasos y cubiertos mal lavados una sarten muy sucia llena de grasa, el horno sucio y no lo use, las sabanas con muy mal olor, deberian tener mas control con personal de limpieza. Pero el hotel muy bueno, la piscina y un acceso practico. Solo limpieza NO cuidadosa.
