"So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket. Also the breakfast is top notch as well;) "

"반얀트리에서 체크아웃하고 밤 비행기 시간까지 쉬었다 가려고 예약했어요 체크인할때 도와주신 직원분 성함이 Tar 였나.. 너무 친절하셔서 직원 성함을 외운다고 외웠는데 맞나 모르겠네요 하여튼 체크인할때 너무 친절하게 도와주셨고 얼리 체크인도 도와주셔서 편하게 쉬었습니다 호텔 어플이 있어서 숙소 이용할때 편리했어요 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 시원해서 편하게 쉬었습니다 정실론까지는 좀 거리가 있어서 porto de phuket 근처에서 식사하고 마트에서 기념품 구입했어요 "

"Very nice stay in a double pool villa. Efficient Check in/ Check out ( in the room), very efficient buttler trough whatsapp , room is big , clean, nice furniture, nice private pool and jacuzzi. Nice expérience ( barbecue inside villa, floatting breakfast in the villa, private yacht booking …) . 3 caviat: property is very big, you have private bike or buggy to call, beach club need to take a shuttle every 15min with 10min ride, lake or second pool not fully cleaned. All in all an excellent stay and memory."
