The Space
Designed for relaxation and togetherness, each villa includes a bright open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant French doors opening to a private pool, perfect for soaking up the tropical sun.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite (Ground Floor): King-size bed, ensuite with shower & bathtub
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): King-size bed, ensuite with shower
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): King-size bed, ensuite with shower
Bedroom 4 (Upper Floor): Twin beds, ensuite with shower
Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Villa Services
- Electricity, water, and daily cleaning are included (bed sheets changed every 3 nights).
- The room rate not included the breakfast.

We have staff help to cooking the breakfast for free but not including the groceries ,

15% will be charged from total cost of groceries.

Cooking service available upon request from 7:00 - 10:00 AM.

Breakfast arrangements need to confirm with manager one day in advance before 18:00 PM.

We offer a simple breakfast.
* American-style breakfast,
* ⁠such as eggs, sausages, toast, and fruits.
* The 15% charge only covers the cost of ingredients for a simple breakfast. Other items or special requests are not included.

Managers will update the bill with the recipe day by day - Pay by only Thai baths cash.
- Manager available for restaurant, taxi, and activity bookings (e.g., day tours, tickets, sea tours, golf, yoga, spa, etc.).
- Enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to Layan Beach (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), offering effortless access to the shore.

1. Water and electricity included in rental rate.
2. Welcome drink on arrival.
3. BBQ grill, baby cot, and high chair are available.
4. Towels and bed sheets changed every 3 nights.
5. Smoking not allowed in the rooms, only outside.
6. Staffs working hours are from 8:00-17:00( Not late than 18:00), can be slightly flexible if necessary.
7. Check-in time 15:00, Check-out time12:00, early check-in and late check-out depends on availability and may result in extra charge.
