"The parking in the back is not good. The spaces are tight, especially at night. However, the location, price, and convenience of this hotel overrides the parking situation, and I would highly recommend this hotel for parents of Syracuse students who are visiting their child."

"Airport shuttle was so nice to have - it does take about 15 minutes to the airport, so that needs to be factored in. All in all, a fine overnight and no real issues. "

"The staff were lovely, but we were disturbed by an alarm that went off every few minutes from around 10pm and was still sounding intermittently in the morning. The staff were really kind and helpful; walked around f Trying to locate the sound, helped us move our stuff when we decided to leave our room. The manager, however, declined to talk to us, tried to convince me it was the dishwasher even when I played rhe siren noise over the phone and refused to compensate us anything at all, Even when Expedia intervened on our behalf. Very disappointed and do not recommend."

"It was a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, bed and pillows were comfy and cozy. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and the coffee was hot. The town surrounding the hotel has some lovely shops in walking distance, with very nice shop keepers that were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again."
