"As soon as you entered the hotel, you were greeted by the smell of cleanliness. The staff were super nice and helpful. I also loved that the hygiene products in the bathroom were Byredo as that is one of my favorite brands!"

"Excellent location for exploring downtown LA by walking or public transportation. Just a block to Historic Broadway Metro station with the A and E trains. Close to Grand Central Marketplace and the Angels Flight cable car railway tram up to Grand Street from Hill St. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Rooms are clean but a bit spartan with minimum of furniture and storage. Was nice to have a mini fridge."

"We received an upgrade on arrival. The staff were polite and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious ans had all that we needed. The Kyoto garden wa svery pleasant. Restaurant food was excellent though expensive, possibly making use of a captive clientele as local food outlets are limited. The hotel is dated and in need of a refurb, hence the lower price. Definitely not the standard expected from Hilton. Hotel is 2 streets from Skid Row, which is an area that should be avoided if you would like to feel safe whilst out and about."
