"Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."

"A generous sized property with home from home amenities. Communications with owners was excellent (albeit Spanish) as was the house cleanliness. I used google translate to help with the language! There were plenty of towels and sheets available to use. Spa bath does not work and takes an age to fill but the shower overhead was lovely. Plenty of hot water (only 3 people in our party) so can't comment on supply if 12 were staying! Beds are comfortable and plenty of hanging/storage space. Owners...
