Yes breakfast was good and parking. The reception leaves early and leaves note on door is the only thing we did not like. But clean room once we got it.

We had a good time. Living space with fire place and christmas tree was nice. Garden was fenced for the dogs.

You can learn about the history of Chimay with a stop at Abbaye de Scourmont. While you're in the area, wander around the parks.

Quiet area, the town itself has a few nice sights, especially the Chateau de Chimay. If you are willing to drive out of town there are several nice locations to visit, including the Abbey de Scourmont, which has beautiful grounds.
