We arrived early from our cruise. We got checked in before 10 A.M. no problem. We were just looking at storing our luggage but there was a room available and at no extra charge. The room was great and the staff at the pool area were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with so many choices which came with the room. We also had lunch there and the prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. We would certainly recommend the Riu Plaza to others looking for a place to stay.

Very nice and clean hotel in the centralized area. It is very safe to walk all over the place.

The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again.

The staff were great. The resorts needs updating. The breakfast buffet was good but the Ala carte restaurants were not so good.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely the beds are so comfortable, in a great location and the staff were so kind and polite and helpful. The speakeasy is fabulous and so fun. The only thing was the food at the pool bar was not very good but the drinks were great, and the food and service at the roof top bar Ammi, not so great. Otherwise highly recommend staying at Sofitel in Casco Viejo!
