「The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. 」

「This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. The room smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we entered. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and runners were dirty and stained. The sofa had cigarette burns, and there were cigarette butts in the corners of the room. The headboard looked like it had been chewed by rodents and was extremely dirty. 「Complete hotel was unhygienic so we didn't checked in and when asked for refund they denied and said you will have to check with Expedia directly. When I called Expedia customer care the executive denied for refund and said that the hotel owner is not allowing for refund. I want my refund back asap.」
