When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. "We booked a junior suite and it was lovely - large comfortable beds, great views and a great big bathtub. Although the hotel is located in a busy, vibrant area, we were on 10th floor so it was very quiet. Easily walkable from Seomyeon station and endless places to eat, drink and shop. We used this as a base to explore Busan, using the metro and buses to travel north and south"
