The staff were very helpful.

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, and housekeeping was disappointing. During our stay, the room was never actually cleaned—they only made the beds and changed the towels. There was visible dust and dirt near the headboard that remained throughout our stay. The biggest issue happened on checkout day. The night before, we asked about getting a taxi to the train station and were told there was no need to book one in advance. The next morning, we were told it would take 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. We nearly missed our train and had to pay 100 euro for an Uber to make it on time. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The meeting room was essentially nonexistent, the jacuzzi/spa was out of service, the patio had nothing to offer, and there was no suitable place to take an online work meeting. The breakfast was also overpriced for the quality and selection offered. Every night, loud noise from nearby bars continued until around 2–3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, but overall this hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. If location is your only priority, there are better-value hotels nearby.
