「The hose was well equipped and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. 」

「This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications!」

「Thank you, Chelsea, from the bottom of my heart, for your quick responses and support during one of the hardest weekends in my life. As a Chico native, it was so comforting to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to while my mom's Memorial service and associated events happened in Chico. I would love to stay in your place again for a more relaxing weekend! 」

「Location is key! Walking distance to everything we needed. All accommodations met! Definitely pet-friendly. We’ll be back! 」

「Great central location and accomodating host」

「Great place for large group! The owners communicated promptly and were available to help. I highly recommend!!」

「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.」

「The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!」
