This country house is located in a quiet rural area near Chiclana de la Frontera in Andalusia. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace and a television. Outside, you will find a private pool, garden and covered terrace with a grill. There are mosquito nets covering the house to protect from the mosquitoes in the evening. The nearest beach (Playa del Puerco) is located in the neighbouring town of Novo Sancti Petri, where you will also find a parade of shops with the nearest supermarket, as well as a selection of restaurants and bars. This is just 5 minutes drive away (2.5km). The nearest airport is located in Sevilla, which is 1 hour 30 minutes by car (150km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The house is cool and airy, there is A/C but it is not usually needed. The kitchen and boiler run on butane gas, which has to be switched on manually upon arrival.
The owner would like to return the deposit 24-48h after departure as he wants to be able to check the condition of the house before returning the deposit.
