Apartment located in the "Jardines del Golf" urbanisation in Novo Sancti Petri (Chiclana). This urbanisation has two communal pools open during the summer months. With a maximum capacity of up to four people, this holiday apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. From the living room you can access the terrace from where you have views over the communal pool and the gardens. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the utensils you need. The bathroom is renovated, and has a shower with shower screen. Accommodation with a private garage space and WiFi connection. It is located in Novo, very close to the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club and La Barrosa beach. In close vicinity you find an entertainment area with restaurants, bars as well as supermarkets.

En realidad todo, sobre todo la terraza, limpieza, completísima la cocina no se puede pedir más. Ningún comercio cerca, solo para estar con coche para todo. El sofá no me resultó cómodo.

Heerlijk, licht, zonnig, rustig en schoon appartement in een groene omgeving. De keuken was goed geoutilleerd met veel pannen en wasmachine Het was fijn dat we een ruim balkon in de middagzon hadden. De auto kon voor het app veilig staan. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben uns mit 2 Pers. in dieser kleinen netten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. mit 4 Pers. wäre sie mir zu klein. Sehr gute Heizung, die auch im Februar benötigt wird. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon benötigt unbedingt eine neue Markiese. Wir hätten sie nicht geöffnet, weil sie sehr verschimmelt und dreckig war. Sonst war alles sehr schön.

Simplicidad (recogida de llaves...) profesionalidad. Sin sorpresas. Los electrodomésticos funcionan bien. La cama es confortable. Faltaba un escritorio, el secador de pelo es muy antiguo, faltaban bastantes bombillas, no conocíamos las normas de los espacios comunes, no sabíamos dónde se puede tirar la basura, el calentador no funciona muy bien, el grifo del lavabo del baño no tiene agua caliente. No había casi cubiertos ni tazas.

La tranquilidad. Que en el dormitorio principal no se pueda subir el estor. Que no haya productos de baño. Que en la cocina haya priductos de alimentación caducados desde hace años. Que solo haya lavavajillas para lavar a mano. Que el primer día que llegas sólo tengas una cápsula de café, cuando somos tres adultos. Y que no funcionase el código de entrada peatonal facilitado y que después de llamar para que me diesen otro nuevo, no me enviaran un correo con el nuevo, tal y como se comprometió la persona que me atendió al teléfono.

La limpieza de terraza y ventanas deja mucho que desear. No tienen más que ir a ver las mosquiteras y el exterior de las ventanas para ver las telarañas que tienen. Eso forma parte del apartamento

La rapidez y atención por parte del personal de Apartelius, que ha sido muy amable. Es una urbanización tranquila con una buena piscina y césped bien cuidado. El apartamento tiene una amplia terraza y todos los utensilios necesarios, además de una TV y DVD muy práctica para familia. También tiene la ubicación que estábamos buscando (cerca de la mejor parte de la preciosa playa de La Barrosa). Si bien el apartamento estaba limpio (barrido, fregado, sin polvo), las habitaciones tenían un olor a lejía ‘sucia’, tuvimos que poner ambientadores anti olor para poder eliminarlo ligeramente, y los cristales de acceso a la terraza tenían los trazos del trapo por lo que no daba la sensación de limpio (no estaban transparentes). No era una casa decorada ‘bonita’ pero lo cierto es que era funcional y tenía todo lo necesario.

El apartamento nos ha encantado, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para disfrutar y tener el aparcamiento y la piscina a mano cuando vas con niños pequeños es algo a tenrr muy en cuenta. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiremos. Yo cambiaría el colchon de la cama de matrimonio, es de muelles y está un poco desgastado, además suena mucho cuando te tumbas. Es lo único.

El lugar y el entorno. Tener que recoger las llaves lejos y muy tarde, a las 16h. Aunque me hicieron el favor de dármelas antes. Las toallas de lavabo estaban todas muy manchadas. La ropa de cama, el edredón, era insuficiente y hacia frío.

It was a quiet place. Towel from your company where clean and confortable. We had problem with the heater (in the apartmebt it was only 14 C°), the replacement was quickly. Gap under the apartmendoor was the reaso why it was windy and cold in the apartment. Pick up the key. meybe the doorbell didn't work. We had to wait until someone left the officebuilidung. Also it took long until looks out of the office.
