Take the M6 south.
Merge onto the M40 toward London.
Continue onto the M25.
Then follow the directions from London and the South-East as mentioned above.
From Manchester and the North-West:

Take the M56 toward Chester.
Merge onto the M6 south.
Follow the M6 and M56 until you reach the M6 again.
Continue on the M6 south, then merge onto the M40 toward London.
Follow the M40 until you reach the M25, then follow the directions from London and the South-East.

Take the M5 north.
Merge onto the M4 east toward London.
