"LOUD outdoor patio/bar right next to rooms. Don't stay here if you i tend to sleep. Breakfast was pathetic. Staff were very nice though. "

The location for our one night stay was very convenient, being a good halfway point on the south coast between Newhaven, where we needed to be on the first day, and Southampton on the second day. "
