Enjoy a neighborhood feel in a big city. Welcome to our North Center 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on a quiet tree lined street conveniently next to the train. We include free off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Get the full Chicago experience living right next to the "El" track. For your convenience, we provide individually packaged ear plugs in each bedroom to go along with noise suppressing windows, blinds, and curtains.

Need a car? Ask about our Gladiator.

Situated in the trendy North Center area, the apartment is steps away from several famous local breweries on Malt Row (literally neighboring Dovetail and Begyle), restaurants and bars (ask for recommendations).

It's a short walk to bustling Lincoln Square and Southport Corridor; there you'll find boutique shops and cozy cafes await.

Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, is within easy reach, making this apartment an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts.

You are only 2 blocks from the Irving Park "El" Brown Line station which can get you to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) in 30 minutes and provides easy access to most areas of the city.

Lake Michigan and the amazing Montrose Beach is just under 2 miles away as well.

Free off-street parking is provided via the driveway (see the red car in the photos). It’s the only house on the block with a driveway and you can fit up to 3 vehicles.

You'll have the entire first floor apartment to yourself. We designed it to be equipped with everything you will need during your stay.

If you need a car, we have a Jeep Gladiator (see picture) that can be rented upon request. Please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Samantha and I live in the area and can be reached via Airbnb messaging or phone. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building's premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our Airbnb is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Airbnb due to potential allergy concerns and damage to the property.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late checkout past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is eight, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our apartment and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.

The house was as advertised. The house is at the end of the street next to the train tracks. Brewery is right next door. A few minute walk to the brown line. Justin was an amazing host. He was very quick in responding to any of our questions about Chicago. He was very helpful! The two bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Justin & Samantha's property! The home is nicely updated with plenty of amenities. The large kitchen had plenty of utensils and appliances to help our stay go smoothly. Towels, hairdryers, soaps, etc. in the 2 updated bathrooms were also appreciated. Each bedroom had a queen sized bed, plenty of blankets & pillows, and a personal sized TV. The location is excellent with several neighborhood bars nearby and only a few minutes drive from Wrigleyville. The on-site parking for multiple cars was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again in the future and appreciate the owners for their hospitality!

We loved this property and the location. It was a 5 minute walk to the L in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The property is larger than expected as the bedrooms are in the back. While we were concerned with the trains being so close, the noise never bothered us and earplugs were in every bedroom if needed. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this neighborhood rental which is next to a brewery (which is always a plus)! 😁

We traveled to Chicago with our 18-year-old daughter and her friend to attend a concert at Aragon Ballroom. The hosts, Justin and Samantha, are very kind and responsive. They have also put a lot of attention to detail into this property. The home is well laid out for a family with two teens who can each have their own bedrooms with TVs. The beds are super comfy. The linens are plush. The kitchen and common spaces are perfect for hanging out together. The little office space and sitting area are great for sipping coffee and people watching. The home is in a nice neighborhood with a brew pub at the end of the block. The hosts state in the listing that the property is next to the raised train that passes by frequently, and they provide ear plugs in each bedroom. So yes, the train does pass by a lot and it is close to the home. This really didn't bother us, but if you're sensitive to that, just be aware prior to booking here. We only stayed two nights, but we really enjoyed our time and would love to return and do some move exploring.

It was spectacular! The owners are so responsive and accommodating. Everything you could need is already in the house. We lived in Chicago for over 10 years but all closer to Lincoln Park. This is our new favorite part of the city...quiet, close to the El, cute neighborhood breweries and dining options all within walking distance. Highly recommend.
