We checked in around 7pm and that process went smoothly. I had reserved a non-smoking, double queen w a sofa bed. There were no extra bed sheet sets in the room. I called down to the front desk and requested an extra pillow along with a set of sheets. I waited an hour, never saw my request get delivered. Called back down to the front desk and was told she will msg housekeeping again. Waited close to another hour, and my husband had to go down to see what the hold up was. Front desk never received confirmation from housekeeping that request was completed. Apparently, housekeeping had gone home for the night??? Would have appreciated better communication between front desk personnel and housekeeping.
