Awesome property! It’s a brand new house with modern appliances and beautifully furnished.. the huge backyard, 100 inch TV, and Kureig coffee maker made us super comfortable for our stay! The host was very accommodating and check in was easy. Would definitely come back!

In town for college event (daughter's graduation). It was close to campus and easy uber / lyft everywhere. Clean, as promised. Could have benefited from a few more places to hang clothes and possibly a full length mirror in a closet to "check your look." Walking distance to full service grocery store was a plus. Everything else was very good.

We had a great stay at this Hyde Park property. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured, with modern appliances and updated finishes throughout. The location was especially convenient for everything we needed in Hyde Park, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. In our case, we wanted to be near U. Chicago hospital. You can tell the property is new and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

This is a beautiful home in a very unsafe area. It's closer to the worst part of Chicago than we knew about and we were unable to walk anywhere. Even though the 2.50 train was down the street, we were not safe enough to take the risk. I no longer want anything to do with this city and will never come back. It's too expensive and difficult to find a decent place to stay.
