• No smoking indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside may result in a $300 odor cleanup fee.

• Treat all items with care damages or missing items may incur replacement costs.
• Enjoy everything in the house, but please tidy up after use.
• Furniture has its “happy place” please keep it there.
• We may leave some goodies for you; enjoy, but be mindful of allergies.
Guest conduct & occupancy:
• Reservations are for the booked group only; unregistered guests are not allowed.
• No parties, loud music, or disturbances. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Parking is limited to the driveway only.
Check-out instructions:
• Check-out is 10:00 AM sharp.
• Leave beds unmade, start a towel laundry cycle, and load the dishwasher.
• Late check-out may incur a $100 fee if it exceeds the schedule by more than 15 minutes (cleaner policy).
