The décor and atmosphere were great, and the room was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the shower. However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.

My experience at the Best Western Downers Grove location is always phenomenal! They have great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and hot breakfast every morning. The location is also convenient and close to many restaurants. I highly recommend!

Room.was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping straightened and resupplied pur room during our 2nd day. Breakfast was fine but the dining area was small compared to the number of guests Sunday morning. Staf was professional and pleasant. We stay here every time were in town visiting family in the area.
