不好不壞

房間硬體相對陳舊，地毯有污漬，角落都有破損的狀況，衣櫥散發霉味，離文化路夜市有一段距離 但軟體用品及服務相當不錯，價格也不貴

Great stay despite COVID restrictions

Due to COVID, instead of the usual buffet breakfast, we were offered either a Chinese or Western breakfast box at three different pickup times. The Western breakfast (sandwich, hash browns, salad, fruit) was pretty good, while the Chinese breakfast (rice porridge, fruit) was borderline delicious.

極差入住經驗

房間霉味重，樓下開設卡啦OK至凌晨4點才結束..隔音非常差根本無法入睡，跟櫃檯反應竟回覆之前房客都無人反應....實在無法接受這種敷衍態度！停車場安排也是極差，之後決不會再入住此飯店！

「承億文旅-嘉義商旅」位於嘉義火車站附近，對於搭火車來的旅客來說交通相當方便，雖不在市中心，但飯店附近也滿熱鬧，有許多餐廳及兩家百貨商場。可惜停車位不足，而房間不乾淨、煙味重、早餐簡陋...等缺點，掩蓋了這家商旅的優點。 ＊ 入住： 在入住前一天，有貼心來電詢問到達時間並提醒停車位有限，果然到達時已無停車位，需至合作停車場。而飯店門前道路狹小，不易上下客及行李，且無人指揮交通，相當混亂。 ＊ 房間： 既然是商旅，當然對房間坪數並無太大期待，然而地毯污漬、煙味重、灰塵，清潔不確實讓人不悅。 ＊ 備品： 沐浴乳及洗髮精採用「茶籽堂」品牌，牙膏則是採用「上山採藥」品牌，牙刷也好用，難得在商旅能看到提供高品質的備品。 ＊ 設施： 設有自助洗衣房，有洗衣機、脫水機、烘衣機，但排水管路沒做好，洗完衣服後，整個洗衣房大淹水... ＊ 早餐： 菜色簡單、選擇少，不用太期待。 ＊ 其他： 1. B1 的內場大門敞開，門上寫著請員工務必關門，但一直開著，且餿水味一直飄進來、令人作嘔，明顯管理不當。 2. 洗衣房的機器只能投 10 元硬幣，拿百元鈔去櫃檯換錢，結果拿到 2 個 50 元，當場詢問機器是否能投 50 元，櫃檯很肯定的說可以，結果果然不行，又重回櫃檯換成 10 元硬幣，員工對於自家飯店的設施不清楚很不應該。

除了服務人員親切之外，住的是五樓的房間，比我想像中，以及照片中舊很多。 特別是地毯很舊，牆上的壁紙，有些都翹起來。浴室開門的動線，很不方便。
