湯温が低くて残念でした
ターペー門まで歩いて10分かからず、一本路地に入ったところなので静かです。 バスタブ付なので予約しましたが、お湯の温度がぬるくて温まりませんでした。 朝食は値段の割に簡素です。

旧市街の中心にある静かで小体なホテル
年末年始に5泊しました。旧市街の真ん中でコンビニも両替も近くにありサンデーマーケットも目と鼻の先です。路地を少し入ったところにあるせいで車や人通りも少なく静かで落ち着いて過ごす事ができました。シャワーの温度やセイフティーボックスの不調のクレームにも速やかな対応があり満足しました。

全てパーフェクト、朝食以外は
チェンマイのオールドタウンのど真ん中、ターペー門からも徒歩5-10分ほど 部屋の設備、広さなど申し分ない 残念だったのは、朝食 西洋人？に合わせたボッとした味付けはお世辞にも一級とは、言えなかった

感動する綺麗さ インテリア、庭、掃除、細部に渡り全て綺麗 皆んなに勧めたいと感動していたからこそ残念な面が従業員 特に朝食は1日のスタート 挨拶も、笑顔も無し 私がこぼした時に何回も謝っても反応無し 従業員同士のお喋りが大きく、味もイマイチ 次の日から食事はしませんでした すばらしいホテルだからこそ改善されてるなら又是非行きたいです 立地は通りから小さなソイに200メールくらい入ったとこ 静か 通りまでは歩ける 通りにはセブン、食事が出来るお店が並んで便利 トゥクトゥクも沢山います バルコニーあり 緑にpoolview エレベーターは無いが綺麗なホテル内を見ながら歩いて階段も気持ちが良い 3階建 タオルも気持ちよく、シャワーもお湯の出は良い→タイではポイント シャワールームとバスタブは別 シャワールームから水漏れもせず快適→タイではポイント

こじんまりしているが奇麗なホテル
お湯がしっかりしてれば評価５でした。ホテルが小さい分、部屋まで歩くのが近くて楽です。部屋、浴室ともきれいですが、残念なのは浴室のお湯が安定せず、熱いのと冷たいのが交互に出ます。お湯がしっかりしてれば評価５でした。

旧市街散策に便利で落ち着けます。
旧市街内で手ごろな価格＆バスタブのある部屋で探し、泊まってみました。立地は旧市街の中心でにぎやかなエリアですが、通りからちょっと入ったところで静かに過ごせました。こじんまりとしたホテルで部屋は広く、タイらしいインテリア、全体的な雰囲気は良かったです。惜しいのは、お湯の温度が安定せず、ややぬるかったところです。（たまたま時間帯が悪かったかもしれません。夏でしたらまあ許せる範囲でした。）

Quiet area. Nice staff. Room was ok but bathroom needs some updating. Breakfast not so good. No secure place to leave bags after and before check In / Out.

This hotel's location is perfect. The breakfast is simple but adequate. Pool is small and can be noisy with small children throughout our stay, so we appreciated the pool hours of not opening until 10am. Staff was friendly and room was large. The two major dislikes we had were the smoking benches situated at the immediate entrance of the hotel. Also, the wifi in our room was not consistent or reliable so if you're planning on needing this amenity you should probably stay elsewhere.

Great property in the heart of the old city. Rooms are clean and functional, with nice little balconies overlooking the pool here. Very close to Wat Chedi Luang (one of the main temples), many restaurants and the night markets are a short walk away or even better get a Tuk Tuk! Would definitely recommend as this hotel proved great value for money.

Well located in Chiang Mai old town. Walking distance to most everything. Restaurants close by, would recommend the Chala Number 6 (back of restaurant overlooking the garden), excellent ambience and very good value. Viangluang itself was a bit lacking in amenities, no bar no evening dining but plenty of options around it. Very friendly staff

Fabulous stay
This hotel is an absolute gem - location brilliant, the staff so very helpful and kind, the rooms large and very comfortable. Breakfast basic but good. Will definitely stay again and would cetainly recommend.

What a beautiful place. The gardens and pool are a lovely. Rooms a very clean and spacious and have a nice big deck to sit on. We loved it here!

Der er ikke rigtig noget negativt at komme efter for mit vedkommende, andet end at i mit værelse, var gulvet så vel lakeret, at jeg skøjtede rundt. Og så er det lige meget om man har sokker på eller ej ;) De ansatte er meget venlige og imødekommende og hjalp mig med alle de spørgsmål jeg havde.

Hotell i sentrum, med skjermet beliggenhet. Fint rom, med flott bad og fin veranda. Fornøyd med frokost og at det var basseng. Det eneste negative var at gulvet på rommet var svært glatt, så jeg var regelrett redd for å falle.

Lækkert hotel
Virkelig lækkert og fint sted. Roligt og alligevel lige i smørhullet af alt. Trygt og dejligt. Personalet er så imødekommende, venlige og hjælpsomme. Poolen er dejlig. Værelserne lækre og inspirerende. Morgenmaden er fin nok. Ikke prangende. Men helt fin. Der er lydt, desværre. Men. Ørepropper kan gøre underværker. Det er også det eneste. :)

The hotel was beautiful. HWowever, we did not have hot water for three days even though we complained. We were finally moved to a room with hot water. We were also told that we could not take the hotel towels to a safari where there was swimming. After complaining we were charged for doing so.

Regarding the hot shower, we have tried to fix the issues and have moved you to the room where the hot shower is available as you mentioned. Regarding the towels, it is against the hotel policy for guests to take hotel property such as pool towels to be used outside the hotel.

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, la ubicación es inmejorable,caminamos a los templos y alrededor hay restaurantes, tiendas, masajes etc, el servicio y la limpieza más que excelente, el desayuno abundante y las habitaciones son muy amplias y hermosas, elegantes y con un toque tailandés .. definitivamente me hospedaría de nuevo en este hotel .. en verdad es lo mejor en todos aspectos

Traditional Style
The hotel is a traditional style, something different and nice. Its conveniently loacated to walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet selection could be improved. The rooms are not soundproof so if you have a noisy neighbor, that could be a problem if you're a light sleeper.
