エアポートセントラルの行事、翌朝の飛行機の便のため宿泊した。設備、スタッフの対応は良かったが、上階のためかシャワーの出が悪かった。

空港近いが、周りには何も無い
街中から遠い。赤バスの運転手の殆どが、場所わからなかった。エアポートプラザは歩いて行けるが、道の交通がとても激しく横断歩道を渡るのも命がけ。朝食は数が少ないがとてもおいしい。プールは池、程度。レンタ・バイクやレンタカーをホテルで借りると値段が高い。近くにレンタショップは無い。近くにタイマッサージ店やバーも無い。

The staff were excellent. Room was really nice although the bed was quite firm. New roll of TP and 2 bottles of water were added everyday. Breakfast was good and convenient since the hotel is located closer to the airport than it was Old Town. It was a 10-15 minute walk to get to Old Town and the walk was straight down the road. There was a 7/11 and a laundry shop across the street. and at night there was a night market.

It's where the price says it all. Looking at the hard-working room ladies, I feel a little sad. when it comes to this hotel, it's a four-star hotel because this is situated near Chiang Mai Airport. We shouldn't expect more than the hotel cost we paid(amenities, clean room and the sincerity of receptionists)

A very clean,pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to stay after a long flight, or the night before a flight, due to it's proximity to the airport.

I arrived ChiangMai a day earlier and decided to stay at this hotel temporarily. It’s walkable from the airport but with heavy luggage, don’t walk, the road is bumpy. It’s even safe to walk at night. Room was huge, simple and clean. Breakfast was decent. Definitely worth the money.

I can tell this hotel is quite dated. The lobby area is clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Great shuttle to airport. The breakfast was decent. The night market within walking distance was one of the nicest we went to in Chiangmai. The room itself was spacious. That was probably the only pro to the room. The bathroom I could tell was not cleaned, maybe at all? There were toothpaste splatters around the sink and the toilet seat looked dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again, unfortunately.

Kind and attentive staff. We have stayed here several times over the years and they always greet us with a warm welcome and remember our family. The breakfast buffet is improved over the last couple of years. Good variety of choices. Such a convenient location in Chiang Mai!

Location is good but it’s a bit old
If you our visit in the south side of town then this has a great location very close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However in the listing it says a four star but it is not that . It is clean but it’s “aged”. I had a very hard bed and a very old tv.

Gem near the city and airport.
Because the hotel was full, I was upgraded as good client from hotels. Had a 55sqm suite on 8th floor with a nice view. It was quiet as the windows prevent the noise from the highway nearby. Breakfast was good with several warm dishes to choose from. There was a clean pool. It was close to central plaza mall with shops and restaurants. The airport is close by, and they have service for 100Baht = 3$ by car.
