It is extremely convenient. The mattress are super hard and covered with a plastic that is very uncomfortable. The towels were stained and very rough to the touch.

It was great. I had an issue at first but they fixed it very quickly. I’ll definitely come back to stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were clean, ac worked very good, friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast. Only problem bathroom needs more ventilation.

Overall an O.K. experience. Nothing great.
The hotel originally put up in a pet friendly room on the ground floor, but we refused it due to it being full of hair and fleas. it was pretty obvious the room was not cleaned properly. They ended up putting us in another room that was clean. Everything about the hotel was old and not properly taken care of. The pool was not clean. The location was good though. The restaurant was excellent and the front desk was very helpful.

Disappointing stay
Upon our arrival we had to wait an hour in the lobby. The air conditioner wasn’t at its maximum and the bed wasn’t very clean.

This is my second stay here and we decided to book a suite instead of a regular room, best decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed for an overnight stay.

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. But I was not impressed the way they were treating my friends with me. As id they were begging. I will not stay in this hotel again nor will recommend.

This hotel is ok for a quick stay between cities but don’t expect a 4 stars. It clean but very old. The room are very small and they need some upgrade to make them friendly. However the bed was comfortable.

The photos of the pool are old. The room is clean and tiny good just to spend a night or if you are going to be out. The pool is in the middle of the hotel, no sun or natural airflow. The a/c works fine. The nicest thing is you can walk to the malecon and the area around very easily.

Stayed due to proximity to San Pedro water taxi. Nice and clean and comfortable. Close to walk the Malecon. Pool is indoor, so no sun, but clean and nice.

Don't expect comfort
The regular rooms are tiny, very depressing. The room feels like a small box devoid of comfort. The bathroom also is tiny. There is NO water pressure for the shower and to flush the toilet. I upgraded to the "suite" because the regular room was so bad. I had to pay quite a bit more but at least there was some space. It is in a nice location, there is a coffee shop and parking. It is pet friendly with a fee. The free breakfast is not good :( The beds are not comfortable either. If you don't expect comfort and just need a place to sleep this hotel is an ok option.

Rooms were a bit small and the pool area had no breeze or airflow. Couldn’t swim in the pool past 9. The coffee at breakfast was off. Something about it gave it a bad/old taste. Friendly staff and a great Starbucks inside with great baristas
