Great hotel and staff were great but the fact you had to pay for literally everything in the room was not well communicated and so charging for teabags and coffee was a bit of a shock.

Great location and friendly staff nice reception in kitchen area room/ bathroom are a little dated and unfortunately my shower was very weak and water was not hot

I appreciated having a roll-in shower, but the floor was covered with water when I was done - perhaps a small lip can keep water in the shower. Room was fine but we missed having a chair to sit in and a small body lotion available in the bathroom along with washcloths - we got them the next day. The staff and ease of getting around with my walker was very good. All-in-all, I would stay there again.

The staff was nice! The rooms were alright, not really updated and old but it was clean.
