Easy check in with very helpful staff. The room was large, very clean and had everything I needed. Close to the metro and attractions.

Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

We didn't get include breakfast in our stay

The bathroom had black mold in the corners of the shower and on the tiles throughout the bathroom. They cleaned it but did not remove the mold.

For a small boutique hotel near the central Plaza de Armas , this hotel was really a pleasure. Raul who works mornings at this hotel speaks English well and is a one-man concierge ..
