"first, i was just stuffed in a room which was small.second is that due to the payment voucher issue,i was denied WiFi.after requesting them,they provided WiFi from a different customers room.the room was'nt cleaned and i was asked to check out at 3:30 whereas i got my room at 7pm.this has been my worst experience with ginger and i regret to book a room there."

"Great spacious service apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was just perfect for our family stay. Th entire hotel was spotless, elegant, and the service was great. The food could be getter for the price. Overall, great hotel to stay. Will do it again the next time we are in Chennai. "
