Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom townhouse close to the centre of Cheltenham Centre

Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you.

Key Features:

- 3 storey 4 bedroom home.
- Downstairs has a beautiful open plan kitchen / diner with patio doors leading to a private patio and rear garden.
- The first floor has a large lounge with feature sofa, that can easily accommodate a large group and a flat screen TV. There are also 2 double bedrooms for 4 guests and a modern shower room.
- The top floor has two double bedrooms and both have en suites.
- Bed sizes for the 4 bedrooms are as follows: 2 bedrooms have King Size Zip & Link beds that can be split into singles on request. The remaining 2 both have standard double beds.
- The kitchen has everything you need for your self catered stay: dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave kettle and toaster as well all the essentials you'll need to cook and cater with.
- Dining table for 8 guests.
- Each floor has stair guards to safeguard small children.
- We welcome pets for an additional £20 per day per pet.

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

We will always be quick to respond to any questions or queries. We've set up the house for flexible and convenient self check in.

- Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay.
- We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
- Crisp white bed linen provided along with 2 pillows per guest.
- 1 bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom.
- Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided.
- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 night. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- Two bedrooms have beds that can be split apart into single. As standard they will be made up as King Size doubles. We need 2 days notice if single beds are required.
Additional rules
- This home is strictly no smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Cobblestone Way is located within a quiet, residential area. Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.

The property was perfect for our family of ten, ranging in age from 2 years to 79 years. All the bedrooms were a lovely size and clean and bright. There was plenty of room in the kitchen diner for everyone to eat together, and the lounge on the first floor was also large and comfortable. The hosts had thought of everything we might need. It was a lovely location not far from the centre of town, and a good base for trips to Gloucester, Hereford, and Burford.
