Absolutely unacceptable and must be a scam being ran by him, the other reviews must be fake, needs to be banned from this website. Trying to save future travelers from the headache this caused our group. The corporate Vrbo representatives could not even get ahold of him after repeated attempts to try to let...

「The apartment is as the photos show, except that the outside patio is even better than it appears - it is large, comfortable, beautifully landscaped and private. Our host, Marcello was present to greet us and show us the features of the apartment. He remained accessible throughout our stay. The location is very central and convenient, but the apartment itself is quite quiet.」
