Room was great, beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent 👍 .

Pretty basic, but good value for money. No lift, so some might struggle to upper floors.

Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order. Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed.

Cleaning cloth left in bathroom Staff very friendly. It was a shame there was a wedding party in progress where the children where left to run around causing noise in the bar, very unfair on the staff and customers. The bar prices were very steep £24.95 for a bottle of house wine? Breakfast amazing with lovely staff.
