Perfect cape house

Great long weekend spot!
The White Foam House was an awesome spot for a long weekend where we had an event at CBI. It’s easy to walk to town and to the inn and we especially loved that it was dog friendly! Property was clean and well maintained. remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

Perfect family vacation!
This was our first family vacation since Covid so a lot was riding on its success. The house was everything we could’ve asked for and made for the perfect family vacation! It was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, plenty spacious enough for 7 (4 adults, 2 kids, baby), and perfectly located next to the beach, Main Street, and the venues we attended for a wedding. The owners were responsive throughout the booking process, leading up to the stay, and during. We had an amazing time in Chatham and we hope to back next year!

Beautiful location
This home is beautiful, clean, cozy, and located a few hundred feet from the water. Day trip to Provincetown was lots of fun, the Cape Cod seashore was incredible. We got lucky and had perfect weather every day. Main Street is a short walk from the property, I got lost in a book shop and found some great new books. Perfect getaway, so relaxing!

Wonderful Off-Season Getaway
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the White Foam House. It was incredibly spacious and immaculately cleaned. The Christmas decorations were a great touch and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent Property and Location!
We were so happy with our stay at this house. Edward was a pleasure to work with during the entire process and the house is just beautiful. You cannot beat the location - walkable to the Chatham main street for restaurants and shopping, while also a 2-minute walk to the water. The home was very clean and equipped with any amenity that we may have needed. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cape Cod. Just perfect - thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Best Location!
We loved everything about our stay - the home was incredibly charming and had everything you’d ever need for a fabulous week in Chatham. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch, walking to town and biking to local beaches. Ed made sure to check in with us and made us feel at home, thanks so much! We can’t wait to return.

Just what we needed!
Ed and Kathy’s home was the perfect get away. Location was amazing we walked up to Main Street to grab coffee and shop, we were steps away from the beach. The home had absolutely everything we needed, from cooking to beach and entertainment. We will certainly be back but hopefully for longer!! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic from beginning to end! The house was even better than we’d anticipated and was a great pleasure to stay in. It’s so comfortable and the kitchen was fun to cook in. The yard is perfect for relaxing and lawn games and the location with a view of the ocean is spectacular. Easy walk/bike ride to Main Street. We had great communication right away and highly recommend - we’ll be back here for certain!

Wonder school vacation getaway!
We just ended a wonderful trip to Chatham. The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. My two kids - ages 3&2, were easily able to walk to both the beach and town, one of the huge pluses of the house. I’ve already inquired about a return visit!

Easter By The Sea
After a long winter we spent a lovely 3 days in Chatham at the White Foam House. We celebrated Easter and my mothers birthday with a small group of family. From start to finish the experience was everything I hoped for. Warm, welcoming hosts. Easy check-in/ check-out. Beautiful, immaculately clean home in the perfect location. Eagerly waiting to visit again!

Fantastic Property
Our stay in Chatham was far too short. The house was absolutely lovely and I think the cleanest vacation property we have every stayed in. Stepping into the kitchen, I knew we had picked the right house! The location is perfect, with a view of the water and a short walk to Main Street in Chatham. I wish we had thought to bring our golf clubs as the course is right across the street from the house. Ed was great and we really appreciated him checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. We are looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer!

One of our best stays. The house is in an incredible location, 2 mins walk to beach, 5 min walk to downtown Chatham. The house is super clean, everything works and is beautiful. My family with two young children were sad to leave!

Beautiful property! For families with little kids:
We had a wonderful stay, I can't say enough great things about the house, location, and overall experience!! It was a perfect weekend getaway/change of scenery during covid even though we knew the weather would still be cold. The house is 1.5 blocks from the sand so it was easy for my 2 and 4 yr old to walk there, even with their beach toys. And the center of town (and candy shop, yum) is less than a mile away so my 4 yr old could easily follow us walking there on his scooter. There is not a sidewalk but the road had very few cars (on a cold spring weekend, may be busier in the summer). The kids were also able to handle a walk on the sand all the way to the Chatham fish pier and back so that was great! The beach was full of shells, rocks, little crabs, and stuff to keep them occupied for hours :) The house was great for kids and there is a pack and play and some kid gates which really saved the day!! The "kids" room was perfect for them. And the upstairs bathtub was SO fun for them! very deep so kept their splashing was contained and I could easily "hose" them off with the moveable shower handle. I suggest bringing a suction-cup slip mat. The home is beautifully decorated with some gorgeous but breakable pieces, so I moved those out of reach of the kids. The deck and backyard were also great spaces for them to run around safely while we could keep an eye out. and the house had all the comforts of home, plus some cool extras like a heat vent in the bathroom :) the owners were easy to communicate with and everything was very stress-free and straightforward. It was a cold spring weekend so I can't comment on the air conditioning, outdoor grill, etc, but the heat system was easy to use, and worked perfectly, and the kitchen and bathrooms were exactly as described, squeaky clean, had everything we needed, and were beautiful. And the retro kitchen is so cool! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to come back in the summertime :)

Wonderful escape from pandemic reality!
We are all remote so decided to at least get a change of scenery by going to the cape to do work and schooling. This property exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful getaway. The house is just a block from the ocean, so we were able to walk to a small beach every day. Beautiful even when cold and windy! And also just a short stroll into the charming downtown of Chatham. The house was warm and cozy, beds soft and comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. While we did a lot of take-out, we also cooked a few dinners and had everything we needed. Our one concern was wifi connection with four of us on at once, but we never had a connection issue. Thank you for a great trip!

Absolutely Fantastic!
We have been coming to Cape Cod for over 30 years. We planned a long weekend over Thanksgiving to visit our daughter who is working on the Cape. White Foam House in Chatham is a gem! So beautifully decorated, kitchen was fully stocked to cook a complete Thanksgiving meal, location is fantastic, and it was a treat to be on the Cape during this time of year. We loved our stay and felt so very welcomed from the time we signed our contract through the check-out process. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for us to create family memories!

October Birthday Celebration
I recently stayed at The White Foam with my family where we celebrated my Dad's 82nd Birthday! We have been going to the Cape since I was a kid and enjoy the Chatham area very much. The home worked out perfectly. It is in an ideal location, close to the beach, CBI, golf and town. It is impeccably clean and very quaint, complete with a fun retro lobster kitchen! There was nothing amenity wise that was missing. You never felt on top of each other as the first floor is spaced out well. Lovely outdoor area. Ed was a wonderful host and made everything easy. No problems with Wi-Fi or heating rooms on a chilly night. My dad thoroughly enjoyed and was very comfortable, so I couldn't have been happier with the arrangements for our four October evenings!

Perfect
This property has everything you need. The location is great, the house is very nicely decorated. Everything is clean and the yard is very well maintained. If improvements had to be made it would be the squeaky master bed, the moment you make a turn it squeaks a lot and you wake up when you are a light sleeper like myself. The mattress is great, just the bed frame work is noisy, but I am really nitpicking here as everything is really great. I stayed a couple of times at the CBI before but I would definitely prepare to stay here instead of going to CBI when visiting Chatham. We had one little incident where my son suddenly decided to stand in the very clean bathtub, he slipped and fell with no real harm, I would recommend bringing a bathtub anti slip mat if you use the bathtub with tiny kids. We will be back, this was the first time we used VRBO for a vacation house and it might be a bad thing we went to this house first as the bar of expectations is now set sky high, a true 5 star property. Keep up the good work Skopas Family! We will be back if availability allows, as I am sure this will be booked again by all previous visitors.

Beautiful house; great location
The house is exactly how you would imagine the quintessential Cape House to be. It was immaculate, so cutely decorated, with everything we needed and a ton of very thoughtful amenities (e.g. very high quality outside grill, special charging stations by the beds with outlets and USB plug-ins). We were welcomed by classical music playing throughout the house, and a fresh breeze through the windows. Ed also reached out to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. We were comfortable even on cold days - the many heating zones in the house make it very customizable. We walked to the beach and to town - it was lovely to not always have to get in the car to drive. And the yard is amazing! Plenty of room to run around, do yoga, or just hang out - and it feels very private. Our trip was a pleasure!

Great week in Chatham
My family had a great time at White Foam. The house is in a perfect location, convenient to the beach, CBI and town. Ed Is a top notch host. He is easy to communicate with and always quickly answered any questions I had. Check-in/out was easy. This home is clean, well-stocked, and is better in person. One of the best homes we’ve rented and look forward to returning to White Foam.

Beautiful home. Location was perfect. Walk to Main Street and close to the Chatham Bars Inn & the lighthouse. Deck, yard & outdoor shower were great. 1 main issue is that you need to run the clothes dryer 5 times to get the clothes/ towels dry. I would invest in a new dryer as it is key for a family while staying there.

Gem of house in A+ location!
White Foam house could not be more charming, we’ll-equipped, well-located...in a word, perfect!! It very comfortably fit our family of five. Everything feels brand new and is minutes walk down a lovely road to town and a block from the beach. Ed was wonderful and so responsive. If you’re lucky enough to stay here you’ll be back!

Chatham Vacation 2019
This property is in the perfect location. The beach which is a stone throw away from the house if lovely. Chatham town is right up the road. This was great as we never had to drive into town. I must say that in the pictures you get the feeling of the house being small but no it was not. Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable. The house will well presented, clean, stocked with anything you could need. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect spot
We had high hopes for this house, and they were exceeded. The place worked perfectly for the six of us including too small children. Located a short block from the beach and a quick stroll into town, the car was generally not needed during our stay. All features of the property were used and none left us wanting. Definitely would use again.

A delightful cottage in an A+ location.
Everything about our stay was an A+. The owner Ed was wonderful. Available to answer questions and attentive. The cottage was so clean, attractive and had everything we needed. While it may look compact, it is very spacious and comfortable. We only regret the weather did not cooperate to sit our front and gaze at the water. I'm saving the best for last, as it was the location that was the standout. Walk to Everything!!! Walk to the sweet beach just down the street. Walk to town, again down the street in the opposite direction. As for CBI (Chatham Bars Inn), you have your own private road to stroll down (or up) that brings you to the back entrance. No dodging Shore Rd traffic on foot after a cocktail or two. Lastly, I have to say, the espalier on the garage in full bloom made the property so charming! We'll make it back for sure & thank you! Lovely home in a central Chatham location
Our family enjoyed a long weekend in Chatham. This home was tastefully decorated and fully stocked (kitchen pantry with spices, olive oil, coffee, tea, paper towels, etc.). Incredible Stay
My wife and I had a wonderful time spending a weekend at White Foam with our 2 year old son. The property had everything we could have wished for and more. Pictures did not do enough justice as the entire home felt airy, updated, relaxing and comfortable. With a 30 second walk to the CBI, a 2 minute drive to downtown Chatham and more..everything we were interested in was right there for us. We can only hope to return sometime in the near future and visit longer. Ed was more than helpful to answer any and all questions we had... a true gentlemen. Thank you Ed.

Beautiful Home, Fabulous stay in Chatham!
What a fabulous house in Chatham! Ed and Kathy are wonderful hosts. They have everything stocked and ready for your stay. The house was amazing- Great kitchen with all new retro appliances. Wonderful dining area, great porch and nice master bedroom. The decor is beautiful, just look at the pictures!! You will Love everything Ed and Kathy have done with their home. Being in a central location on the Cape is great for exploring all the area has to offer . We loved shopping downtown Chatham and enjoyed walking the beach. The Chatham Pier Fish Market had the BEST Fish and Chips around! Watching the seals from the pier was fun too. Your home was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy our visit to Cape Cod. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
Our family of six enjoyed a great week in this beautiful home. It is lovingly maintained, fully appointed, and decorated in a tasteful and cheerful cottage style. The nearby beach was not crowded and was sufficiently sheltered for our four-year olds to enjoy swimming. The Chatham Pier is a short walk down the beach for delicious take-out as are the charming shops and restaurants of Chatham. We can’t say enough nice things about the property, the hosts, or the town. Thank you, Ed!

Fantastic Cottage in Chatham
White Foam is a fantastic cottage close to everything in Chatham. It's in immaculate condition with all the comforts, including a wonderful master bedroom w/bathroom downstairs and two smaller bedrooms upstairs perfect for kids. There's also a bathroom upstairs (bath only, no shower) and a powder room off the kitchen for day guests. The house also has a nice kitchen, separate dining room, living room with fireplace, and a great "summer room" with a skylight. The house is about a block to the beach and about 7 minute walk into Chatham town center with all its great shops and restaurants. Many days we didn't use our car at all. We will definitely be back!
