"Very good hotel "

"Beds very comfy.. room clean.. only problem stayed 3 days housekeeping never once gave us clean towel or tidied up our room. For the cost i would of expected this."

"This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience. "

"Amazing child friendly staff. You don't have to leave the lodge as everything you need is there to keep the children entertained and fed. "

"The one bedroom suite could have been more functional had there been some sort of coat rack/hooks or small closet/enclosure at the entrance door to the unit. And space for boots."

"Beautiful old Inn with updated amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room with cheese and bread and a bottle of wine. Being able to walk to Ravine Winery for dinner was a bonus. Breakfast (2 of them) was as delicious and divine as all others said. Next time we need to come when it’s warmer to enjoy the back patio and yard."
