"The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. (Except the pool - well it's actually an inviting, clean pool -- just way too cold.)"

"If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. "

"The Cozy Cottage was the perfect choice for us while we visited family in Washington. With a very peaceful neighborhood. The home supplied everything we would've needed. We were expecting some bad storms and the owner reached out to make sure we knew about the flashlights, etc. Definitely our #1 choice when we come back to visit. Thank you!"
