The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a wonderful time here as we moved our daughter into CofC for her freshman year. The property is beautiful, very clean, roomy, and so comfortable! It is in a great location to access so many great spots in and around Charleston. The included parking spot was able to accommodate the very large SUV we had for move-in! Communication was great before and throughout our stay. We’d love to stay here again!

Perfect for our bachelorette trip!

Plenty of rooms and beds for our bachelorette group! Location was very central and great for all of us to walk across Charleston. Clean, cute, and well-equipped space. Only complaint is that the group that stayed on the lower floor were very loud at night and the sound travelled through the walls. Only one parking space, and parking decks nearby aren’t free so keep that in mind. Overall, great stay!

Great location

Up a flight of stairs, this place is modern, well equipped, and very well located. Walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries, it is near the medical center and College of Charleston. We kept our car in the free space and used Lyfts to get around—very cheap.would stay here again

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend. It was very clean and cozy. We were close to many restaurants and could easily walk to King Street. The amenities were great; we would recommend this to a family or small group.

We were in town for a conference and wanted to get away from the hotel scene, this place was perfect! Just as described, very clean and plenty of room for me and my two co-workers. Parking was a bit unusual but very close and we had no issues getting in and out. Thanks for a great stay!
