The hallways and stairways were filthy. All garbage cans over flowing and garbage sitting outside of rooms for days. No coffee pot in the rooms. Barely any at the office, which was filthy. Only one tiny shampoo sample bottle and one tiny piece of soap. Outlets didn't work at the bedside stand. The refridge didn't work. We were surprised with an additional charge upon checkin for "a charge for the safe" $59.00 Supposedly refunded upon departure.... we'll see.

There is no coffee pot in the room -walked all the way to the office for coffee & they were "out"- no housekeeping unless you actually REQUEST it - wasnt informed of this - since I booked thru Expedia, I had to pay a security deposit! hopefully will get that back - we were put next to the pool, the 1st night was a really loud "party" with very loud music & screaming kids - the tv didn't work all functions with the remote, had to use the buttons on the backside of the tv to turn it on/off & volume - the room was clean, but furnitue was shabby - not a good experience - will never stay there again

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our stay. We checked in around 10 pm and were told we could not get an extra blanket or pillow because housekeeping was gone and the clerk was not able to get the items for us. The tool was decently clean until we found a bug on our pillow, a hole in the wall that made us uncomfortable so I had to stuff tissue paper in it, the toilet seat came off and a picture fell off the wall at 5 am and scared us to death. There was also a sketchy man standing by the dumpster drinking beer and talking loudly on his cell phone for several hours. The staff was super friendly. We will not be staying again.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and I to stay while we attend my mother's funeral. The grounds were clean, however, the rooms were not. One room had a slept in bed, and a half eaten corndog on the desk. Someone's underwear was in the other room, and there was a foul smell. The coffee maker had a used K-cup in it as well as mold spores. There was not ample face cloths and bath towels. The floors were dirty in both rooms. When I checked out, one female was wearing a bonnet. This was not a pleasure trip, but at least this motel could have made our stay a little more comfortable. The rooms looked nothing like the one in the picture. For lodging located in Mt. Pleasant, this was piss poor. I give this Red Roof zero stars.

I want my money back immediately much more experience we paid for a room for 3 people came 2 beds and they gave us a single bed, we came with a 7-year-old boy and I am in a state of pregnancy and we slept very uncomfortable, apart from the beds were dirty like urine, the bathroom door also had like drops of urine, the truth we made the reservation a long time in advance so that they would leave us with another type of accommodation, and the untidying of the room is unacceptable, they did not inform us that if we needed cleaning we should have warned a day before that they should have reported at the time of entering the hotel, the room smelled ugly, in short terrible experience and above all I paid for another type of accommodation they hosted us in room 141 and it is of a single bed, I want my money back please

Upon entering my room I found stains on the sheets, cockroaches and nats, and the water wasn't draining. When I went to the front desk for a refund no one was there. 8 waited long enough and had to leave as it was 10pm and I had to find somewhere else to stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was less than ideal. There were holes in the curtains, sticky spots on the flooring. The bathroom door had dried stains.

My family and I stayed for a week, our room was clean the area of this stay is close to a lot of places restaurants parks and the beach. We liked the laundromat it works with an app that lets you know if its available and when it’s done washing or drying, customer service was great!

I arrived to the property,front desk staff was super friendly and were able to accomodote for me to get a room on the first floor.However upon inspecting my room I was completely dissapointed.There was what appeared to be pubic/beard hair in the bathtub, also attached to the bathmat and multiple on the handle of the hair dryer.I was able to get my room switched out but then noticed there was no shower curtain.Needless to sat would probably avoid booking any stay with this hotel in the future.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The sidewalk was dirty. The glass window to my room was dirty. It had fingerprints like kids had been climbing in it. The floor in my room had a puddle in front of the refrigerator and the curtains were broken and disgustingly dirty. I had to call maintenance. It’s up to repair those issues. I took the top covers off of the bed and threw them in the floor because they had stains of something. I don’t know what in them the bathtub was stained. I think people are living in this hotel because there was a lot of people bringing in groceries and vacuuming their car in the parking lot and just randomness. It is also across the street from a closed rundown gas station and a closed rundown hotel. Yes they have coffee in the lobby, but it was the table that had the coffee on it was even dirty and disgusting. The staff were almost sleeping behind the desk. The staff were almost sleeping behind the desk.I was only there two nights and one of those nights I came in around nine and asked for some towels and I about had to wake up the clerk. And when I checked out, the clerk said did you enjoy your stay and I said no and she just laughed and I left. I honestly need more than 1500 characters to describe how bad it was.
