Guests will have exclusive access to this three level condo in the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety right next door to the famous SNOB Restaurant. You can pull your car off the street and into a parking lot with a reserved space, located right down the street, which makes parking a breeze. For additional parking there is a paid public garage right behind the building.

Just stayed here with a group of couple friends to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and our trip was elevated by the amazing location of this property! We could walk to all of our restaurant reservations and fun bars, and had beautiful views to while
I stayed here with my friends and we all loved this place. The location was the best part for us. But it was also very clean, and felt high-end and luxurious which was amazing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to be right in the center of downtown historic Charleston!

The place worked great as a home base for our guys weekend, being able to walk everywhere within downtown Charleston for restaurants, bars and even pickleball!

This home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was fabulous. There was a problem with the hot water heater making a lot of noise, Megan said they will fix it.
Great location and layout was perfect for friends stay. Parking is a but challenging when loadingvand unloading your vehicle. Thermostat settings are challenging too but overallca great stay. We'd go back!
This place was VERY VERY clean. Its location was the BEST!!! Everywhere we went. We were able to walk to. This area is also a very safe area and did not have to worry about anything. The host was very accommodating and very helpful with instruction on everything. The host was even helpful with providing info on nearby grocery stores. The pictures and info listing were very helpful with knowing how many people we could have. Lots of bathrooms. Hand down one of the best properties I've ever stayed in. This unit has a very unique style. The multi level floor layout provided a spacious atmosphere for our family. It was very clean, beds / linens were extremely comfortable, and It was stocked with everything we needed. The host provides a variety of coffees and laundry detergent; which were very convenient. I would definitely return and recommend this to others.
The location of this rental made it perfect for exploring the city on foot. That alone made any additional cost we may have saved at a less ideal location. But, coming from a bed snob, the luxurious mattress and linens really put this charmer over the top! The amount of space was perfect for our group of 7 and the living room made for a perfect dance floor for our Just Dance game we brought! The overall decor and vibe of the place was so charming & added the best touches to our Bachelorette weekend! 10/10 would stay here again!”

The East Bay Home was exactly as expected. Clean and comfortable on every level, room, and bathroom.

The location and cleanliness is second to none. 5 minute walk to the Market, 10 min to King St. and 10 minutes to the Battery.
Very safe and even though it’s in a busy part of town you don’t notice any noise.
Only complaint would be the A/C having difficulty to keep up during the peak of the summer. Top and bottom floors were great but the middle floor would take a while to cool down in the evenings.
All that being said, we would definitely stay there again.
Home is beautiful and has a lot of character! The location was right next door to a really good restaurant (SNOB) and to a pizza restaurant that was also good! We were a group of 11 ladies and were able to walk everywhere downtown that we wanted to go from this house. Most of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. It is three stories so you need to be sure that no one would have a problem with the stairs. The host could not have been anymore responsive. :) Overall, a very nice home in a great location! Highly recommend!!
Parking was confusing and a short walk. You really don’t have to drive much, so it’s not a big deal, once you understand where you are suppose to park. The only complaint our group had, was there is a box in the laundry room that turns on and off constantly. We think it was an electric water heater. If you plan on using the sofa sleeper in the living room, you’re going to really get annoyed. It was annoying the little bit of TV we watched. It was a constant up and down with the volume. I asked Megan if it would ever stop turning off and on and sent a picture of what was making the noise. After I sent the picture, there was no reply. We spent 2 nights and it never stopped turning off and on and it isn’t quiet. Other then that, location and home was beautiful.
This apartment is in a super location. Walking distance to the market, Broad Street, Meeting Street, and King Street.

The check-in process was bit off as I had difficulty getting the key and finding the parking spot.
The unit is three levels. So, you need to able to go up and down the steps.
192 East Bay - Memorial Day 2021 - Holiday Rates Beware
There are many positives to this property - especially the location in the heart of the French Quarter. However, the booking experience where the prop mgt (Stay Duvet) charged 43% higher for our stay than the online VRBO booking was a first time experience that was not a good start. We had already booked flights and Stay Duvet assured they would try to make it up with early/late adds to our stay and other amenities. Little of that materialized during our visit.
Granted we had an amazing time because we were in the heart of Charleston with wonderful people - but don't charge 5 star prices if you offer 3 star service to guests especially when the rates jump unexpectedly from $1453/night to $2084/night just because the owners want to maximize rates more over holiday weekend and not synched with VRBO rate offered.
Positives - clean; set up is same as pictures online with exception of no water or wine provided on arrival; great location in French Quarter near Market & restaurants; easy walk to King St; Stay Duvet responsive to texts to acknowledge issues
Negatives - elevator not working so need to walk 3 flights of stairs; Stay Duvet's 3rd party for helping with baggage on arrival & checkout not reliable (did not respond to calls on arrival to assist but helped at checkout); only 1 FOB provided vs 2 FOB for access (hassle for older group returning earlier than younger group at night); icemakers not working in either large fridge and not stocked; parking not suitable for large SUV and often blocked; water pressure issue for 3rd level shower; washer prone to tripping circuit; 5% credit card fee; Higher rate by Prop Mgt vs VRBO booking rate as referenced above
Overall - would recommend at lower price point and awareness of what to be prepared to manage on your own while staying
Location, location, location! We rented suites 200 & 300, this space was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spend time together but also had large bedrooms and bathrooms across the 3 floors. The host was responsive when we had questions. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
