「Esperienza fantastica,lo consiglio vivamente.」

「Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

「In addition to the comfortable rooms and friendly staff, we also enjoyed the great amenities at Hotel Balitol, including a nice kids' pool and an adult pool. The hotel's location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and a bus station right next to the hotel. It was convenient to have Chania city center only about 5km away, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We also want to mention the lovely owner of Hotel Balitol, who made our stay even more special....
