"I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great"

"We had a wonderful family reunion at this lovely lakeside home. We enjoyed the spcious property, easy entance for our kayaks and the hosts' boats. Two of us drove into Canada for a wine tour, and we all enjoyed reading on the back deck. We all enjoy cooking and apprviated the well-furnished kitchen I highly recommend this place!"

"We only had time for a short getaway, but we would have gladly stayed much longer at this fascinating home. Terrific location, lots of lawn for our pup to stretch her (albeit short) legs, gracious hosts, and once we got our kayaks down to the beach, an incredibly easy launch. Everything we might have needed was provided in the well-stocked house, too. Really an excellent choice for exploring the northern parts of the lake, dipping into Quebec, or simply relaxing."

"We really enjoyed our three-week stay here. The location is fantastic, and the views of the lake are absolutely stunning. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Our host was also wonderful—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The house could use a little TLC and some dedicated space for guests’ things in the cabinets and closets. Because we were staying for such a long time, the lack of uncluttered storage space really stood out, but we were able to work around it.One thing I really wish we’d known ahead of time was that there are large dogs in the area that are allowed to roam off leash and aren’t confined by fencing. This made me nervous about walking my dog because she can get overly excited with other dogs, but for the most part, it was fine. Overall, we loved the location, the beautiful lake views, the tranquility, and the comfortable home. If it weren’t for the dogs, we’d 100% stay here again."

"Loved the house - was great for 8 people (4 couples). Lots of bathrooms and showers. Downstairs was all open, large dining table, great views, nice kitchen. All the bedrooms are upstairs - this is a really good setup.Loved the yard - set up a badminton net - and used the boat shack with bar every day/night.Lake is beautiful clear and clean being a mountain lake - but make sure you bring water shoes - being a mountain lake lots of rocks."
