Everything was great except the bed. Two twin together than with each side slanted to the end it was like sleeping on top of a teepee. Otherwise everything else was great. Personnel, room and areas cleanliness, breakfast buffet and location.

Deben mejorar la limpieza y aspecto del hotel porque no corresponde el precio con lo que ofrecen, el desayuno es de los perores en Madrid a la verdad . Mi opinión deberían darle un poco más de condiciones al hotel.

Just an average 3 star experience really. Nobody went out of their way to make the stay exceptional as hospitality forward attitude nor anyone did a terrible job either. There is no GYM on property, despite asking around several times to figure out how to improvise instead, only on the last 2 days ...

Excellent breakfast, some warm items not just continental, fresh orange juice from one of those machines. Very stylish hotel, might get a little warm in summer I suspect but I was there in March and it was cool enough with 17/18 degrees outside.
