"Location was great. It is just a few minutes from Ketchum and Sun Valley. The location is great, quiet, and a great view of the ski hill. The kids enjoyed the pool and the accommodations were very nice."

"Stayed 5 nights with 10 family members including 3 children under 8 years old. The location was wonderful, peaceful, beautiful, and close enough to town to ride bikes to. Kids loved the river behind the home, the secluded bedroom upstairs just for them, and the quiet neighborhood to ride their bikes. The home has everything, lots of room, gourmet kitchen with all of the essentials needed to prepare any kind of meal, TV's in every bedroom, hot tub, and more. I couldn't recommend a place any more than this home. My entire family was impressed with this home as was I. If you want a luxury option in the Ketchum area, this is your place."

"We truly enjoyed the living room area but when I went down to the lower level I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned and there were hairs in the bed it was quite disgusting. We had trouble with the entry lock. And personally I feel the place was much smaller than what the photos portrayed. Although this sounds negative these problems were rectified quickly and in the winter time this place would be awesome for ski and ski out."
"The location, size, and layout were perfect for our group. The property title of “Recently Updated” is not accurate, as other reviewers stated. We were ok with it, but the furniture and carpets have definitely seen better days. We did love the fireplace, and the location is ideal, being a close walk to the Warm Springs lift. "
